ALBRIGHT Well known aged resident of Roaring Spring, died at his home there on Saturday morning at 11 o'clock of complications following an illness since November. Mr. Albright, well known through the entire cove section, was a son of Samuel B. and Catharine Cowen Albright and was born in Taylor township on June 17, 1857. He remained at the place of birth in Taylor township for twenty-five years and attended school and then came to Roaring Spring where he was employed by the D. M. Bare Paper Co. and later by the Pennsylvania Railroad company, retiring seven years ago from active work. He was a member of the Albright Church of the Brethren for many years. He was united in marriage with Miss Elmira Garber on March 21, 1875, who survives with the following children: Willard of Hollidaysburg, Isaac of McKee, Mrs. Maud Wentz of Roaring Spring and Frances, at home. Also eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren survive. He was the last of a large family. His father died forty years ago while his mother has been dead for fifty years. Funeral services were conducted in the Albright Church of the Brethren this afternoon at 2.30 o'clock, with Rev. A. C. Miller of Johnstown in charge. Interment was made in the Albright cemetery.
