The remains of Miss Lydia Albright, a young lady formerly of this town, who died on Monday night in Lock Haven, at the residence of Mr. Levi McGuire, will arrive in this place on the morning train and be buried in the Presbyterian cemetery. Morning Tribune, Altoona, Pa., Wednesday, June 1, 1881 HOLLIDAYSBURG HAPPENINGS. Yesterday the body of Miss Lydia Albright, the foster daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Levi McGuire, of Lock Haven, arrived on the morning express train and was consigned to the tomb in the Presbyterian Cemetery. The costly casket and satin robe, the rare floral offerings and falling tears, showed what love and affection the foster parents entertained for the departed young lady, and as well testifies to the love and affection she had for the friends who made smooth the rough passage from the cradle to the tomb, and strewed the way with sweet flowers.
