She was born September 28, 1915 in Tyrone, a daughter of Alfred and Lena (Root) Isenberg. On August 24, 1946 in Cumberland, Md., she married Albert James Allison, who preceded her in death on January 27, 1985. She was the last of her immediate family, being preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, Dewey and Max and a sister Rebecca Haigh. Mrs. Allison retired in 1983 as a hairdresser following 10 years service. She previously was employed at Reliance Manufacturing Company, Tyrone for 17 years. She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church, Epworth Manor Auxiliary and the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 14, 2003 at 11 a.m. at the Feller Memorial Home, Tyrone with Dr. Dennis Reedy officiating. Interment will follow at Bald Eagle Cemetery. Friends will be received at the Feller Memorial Home on Sunday from 7-9 p.m., and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of the services.
