MISS MARY ELLEN AMHEISER

  At the home of her mother, Mrs. Abigail Amheiser, of 1123 Seventeenth 
avenue, Miss Mary Ellen Amheiser died at 1:50 o'clock yesterday morning, of 
cancer, after an illness of three months.  She was born in this city and was 
aged 41 years and 18 days at the time of her death.  She was a member of the 
First Lutheran church.  Her mother survives, together with the following 
brothers and sisters: Edward, of Mount Union; John, Homer, William, Paul and 
Clara, all of this city.  Funeral services will be conducted at the home on 
Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock by Rev. Paul Weidley.  Interment in 
Fairview cemetery.
