Mrs. Margaret Ammerman,

Wife of Joseph H. Ammerman, died at her home in Tyrone yesterday 
morning, of dropsy.  The deceased, whose maiden name was Margaret 
Hutchison, was born April 9, 1829, in New Brunswick, British America, 
and at death was aged 63 years, 11 months and 18 days.  In October, 
1853, she was united in marriage to Joseph H. Ammerman.  Mr. and Mrs. 
Ammerman have resided in Tyrone for the past twenty-one years.  
Surviving the deceased are her husband and five children.  The latter 
are: William of Clearfield, Thomas of Nicholasville, Kentucky; Nora, 
Harry and Perry of Tyrone.  Three brothers and two sisters also 
survive.  They are: James of Philadelphia, Andrew of Milton, Thomas and 
Mrs. Mary Blair of Philipsburg, and Mrs. Sarah Ammerman of Blue Ball.  
She was a member of the Presbyterian church.  The remains will be 
interred at Tyrone tomorrow morning.
