AMOS Of 3011 Spruce avenue, died at the Mercy hospital Saturday night at 10.05 o'clock, after an illness of one month. She was born Jan. 4, 1869, at Bedford, a daughter of Daniel and Henrietta (Stiffler) Crouse. She was married to Ralph M. Amos at Bedford on April 16, 1890, by Rev. M. L. Simzer. Mr. and Mrs. Amos would have celebrated their fifty-fifth wedding anniversary in May. Surviving are the husband and the following children: Mrs. J. Roy Miller, Gap; Daniel V., Philadelphia, and Mrs. C. E. LeCompte, Altoona, and seven grandchildren. Mrs. Amos was the last of her immediate family of twelve. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church. Friends may call at the Lafferty funeral home. AMOS - Funeral services for Mrs. Annie S. (Crouse) Amos, 3011 Spruce avenue, will be held at the Lafferty funeral home Wednesday afternoon at 1.30 o'clock in charge of Rev. John L. Barnes, St. Paul's Lutheran church. Further services will be held in the Bedford Lutheran church Wednesday afternoon at 3.30 o'clock in charge of Rev. H. B. Houser. Interment in Bedford cemetery.
