ASHWORTH Mrs. Ashworth, 76, of 1000 Broadway, Juniata, died at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1981, in Mercy Hospital, after an extended illness. Mrs. Ashworth retired as a tailor for the former S. Z. Miller Tailors, Philipsburg. She was born Jan. 26, 1905, in Philipsburg, the daughter of Peter and Susannah (Visnofsky) Prusnak, and married Edmund A. Ashworth. Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Constance M. of Adelphi, Md., and three grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother and sister: John of Akron, Ohio, and Mrs. Josephine Givler of Buffalo, N.Y. Mrs. Ashworth was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Juniata, and Catholic Daughters of America. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Heath Funeral Home, Osceola Mills. ASHWORTH - The funeral of Catherine R. Ashworth of 1000 Broadway, Juniata, will be held with a concelebrated mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Osceola Mills, by the Rev. Joseph K. Bobal and the Rev. Robert J. McCoy. Interment in church cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Heath Funeral Home, Osceola Mills, where a vigil service will be held at 8 p.m. Friday. Altoona Mirror, November 5, 1981
