Nicholas Astart,

The Italian who was struck by a locomotive, near Fostoria, Tuesday
night, died in the Altoona hospital at 7 o'clock last evening.  He was
aged 44 years, married, and resided in Tyrone.  His remains were
prepared for burial by Undertaker Lynch and sent to Tyrone this
afternoon.
