SAMUEL D. AURANDT

  Samuel D. Aurandt, a well known former resident of Blair county, died 
at his home at Marion, Io., at 10.30 o'clock Wednesday morning.  He was 
born February 10, 1848, in Catherine township, this county, and had 
resided some years in the west.  He is survived by his wife and three 
children.  He is also survived by these brothers and sisters, James A. 
Aurandt, Martha J., wife of C. S. Taylor, Mercena Aurandt and Letetia 
Aurandt, all of this city.  Interment will be made at Marion.
