IVY BAISLY Of 4822 Baltimore avenue, Philadelphia, died at 7.20 o'clock Wednesday night following an extended illness. Mrs. Baisly was born Dec. 8, 1882, in Altoona, a daughter of Samuel H. and Sarah (Snowberger) Nicewonger. A graduate of Salem college, N.C., and Holland's institute, Va., Mrs. Baisly taught piano and organ and was organist at St. Luke's Episcopal church, Altoona, and St. Christopher's Home for Crippled Children, Philadelphia, as well as other churches in the Philadelphia area. She was associated with the Sternberg School of Music and more recently with the Miller studios, both in Philadelphia. Mrs. Baisly was a member of the Berachah church, Philadelphia. Surviving are one uncle, Blair S. Snowberger of Roaring Spring, and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Myers funeral home after 10 o'clock Monday morning.
