OBUTUARY NOTES.

ANDREW BAKER.

Mr. Andrew Baker, an aged and respected citizen of Catfish, this
county, died suddenly yesterday morning, in his 79th year.  For a
number of years the deceased had been deprived of the use of his eyes.
He was, prior to this affliction, actively engaged at his trade, that
of gunsmith.  A number of relatives and immediate friends of the
deceased reside in this city.

Andrew Baker, aged 79 years, died at his home in Catfish on Saturday
morning.

Newry Notes.

The funeral of Mr. Andrew Baker was well attended on Monday.
Interment in the Lutheran cemetery at Newry, of which church he was a
consistent member.
