Kyper Barley

  Kyper Barley, for many years one of the best known tailors of 
Altoona, died at his home in that city early Monday morning of heart 
disease.  He was born in Bedford May 2, 1836, worked at farming for a 
time and, for the past twenty-five years had been a tailor, working at 
his trade in Altoona for twenty years.  He was a member of Trinity 
Reformed Church, Altoona, and is survived by his wife, four sons and 
five daughters.
  The funeral services were held Thursday morning.  Interment was made 
in Rose Hill Cemetery, Altoona.
