BARTLEY Of 430 Third avenue, died at his home at 6.10 o'clock yesterday morning after a brief illness. He was born March 17, 1864, in Hollidaysburg, a son of Ignatius and Julia (Ott) Bartley. Mr. Bartley retired as a Pennsylvania Railroad conductor in 1934, after 48 years service. Surviving are his wife, Mary (Young) Bartley; four children, John I. of Altoona, Donald S. of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Mary E. Miller of Elgin, Ore., and Mrs. Vernie McMames of Pittsburgh; 32 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and one brother, John F. Bartley of Altoona. He was a member of Bethany Lutheran church.
