MAUDE M. BARTO

Of Greenwood road, died in the Altoona hospital Saturday night at 10:50 
o'clock.  Mrs. Barto was born in Martinsburg June 24, 1883 the daughter of 
George and Elizabeth (Shoenfelt) Nicodemus.  Surviving are her husband, 
Henry E., one son, Elvie of Greenwood; one daughter, Mrs. Paul Rhodes of 
Altoona; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; four sisters and 
one brother, Mrs. D. A. Van Drew of Altoona, Mrs. William Reese of Juniata, 
Mrs. John Clark and Mrs. Elise (sic) Mower, both of Hershey, and Edgar 
Nicodemus of Altoona.  She was a member of the Greenwood Evangelical United 
Brethren church.  Friends will be received at the Mauk & Yates funeral home 
after 6 o'clock this evening.
