Walter V. Barton

  Walter V. Barton of Altoona died at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John W. 
Pee in Everett on Tuesday, April 29, aged 29 years.  He was visiting 
Everett, enroute to Altoona, from Akersville, Fulton County, where he 
had been visiting his parents, when he was taken ill.  His wife, who 
was Miss Lavinia Feight of Ray's Cove, died at their home in Altoona 
about two months ago.
  The funeral services were held in the Asbury Methodist Episcopal 
Church, Ray's Cove, last Friday morning.  Interment was made in the 
adjoining cemetery.
