MISS SUSAN ELIZABETH BEAM.

  Miss Susan Elizabeth Beam, daughter of Theodore M. and Amanda Beam, died 
yesterday afternoon at 1:20 o'clock at the home of the parents, 2515 Maple 
avenue, of complications of diseases following a five weeks' illness.  She 
was born in this city on November 12, 1855, and besides her parents is 
survived by these brothers and sisters: W. H., of Indianapolis, Ind.; Ed. 
S., of this city; Mrs. J. A. Clapper, of Hollidaysburg; T. A., David B., 
Amelia M., of this city, and C. A. of Trafford City.  She was a member of 
the St. Luke's Protestant Episcopal church of this city.  Funeral 
arrangements will be announced later.  Friends will please omit flowers.
