Those Who Have Joined the Innumerable Host Beyond the Silent River. Mrs. Mary Beamer, widow of the late Isaac F. Beamer, died at her residence, No. No. [sic] Eighth avenue, at 1.20 o'clock Sunday afternoon after a lingering illness, aged 46 years. Mrs. Beamer, whose maiden name was Kane, was born in county Waterford, Ireland and came to this country with her father, her mother having died when she was quite young. Her home was in Huntingdon until May 15, 1866, when she was united in marriage with Isaac F. Beamer and took up her residence in Hollidaysburg where she lived for almost a score of years. Her happy married life was terminated November 3, 1879 by the death of her husband, a man whose memory is cherished by many of our readers. Mrs. Beamer was the mother of four children, two of whom preceded her to the spirit land. Two, Maggie K. and Ella Blanche, survive to mourn the loss of a loving mother. The deceased had been a resident of this city for about three years, during the greater portion of which time she was in failing health. Her disease developed into consumption, and since last August her sufferings were often great. She was ready for the change and departed this life in the full hope of a blissful immortality.
