MRS. ANNA BECK

Of 2320 Third avenue, died at 6.30 o'clock last evening after an extended 
illness.  She was born in Baden, Germany, July 22, 1866, a daughter of Andrew 
and Marian Haug.  Her husband, John Beck, died June 6, 1945.  She was a member 
of St. Mary's Catholic church, of the Altar society, branch 1290, L.C.B.A., and 
of the church guild.  Surviving are two daughters and one son, Mrs. Daniel 
Chess, Mrs. Hugo Oexle and Joseph C. Beck, all of Altoona; six grandchildren and 
one great-grandchild.  Mrs. Beck will repose at the home after 7 o'clock this 
evening.
