BECK DIES AT WILLIAMSBURG Hugh Burchfield Beck, Altoona, R.D. l, son-in-law of George S. Flenner, 617 Washington avenue, died suddenly Christmas morning at 5:30 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Isenberg, Williamsburg, following a heart attack. He had been in ill health for some time. He was born in Centre county, Sept. 5, 1898, the son of William and Mary Burchfield Beck. He was twice married. Three years ago, he was married to Madeline Flenner Shawley. Surviving are the wife and these children to the first marriage: Hugh B. Beck, Jr., Florida; Mrs. Lillian Huston, Juniata; Mrs. Mary Eichenlaub, Buckhorn; Shirley Beck, Juniata; Leonard and Harry Beck, Altoona; two step children, Mrs. Robert E. Isenberg, Williamsburg, and Sgt. William H. Shawley, U. S. Air Force, Arizona. He was employed in the Altoona shops. Friends will be received at the home in Homer's Gap after 7 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held Sunday, at 2 p.m. in charge of the Rev. John E. Rabenstein. Burial will be in Eastlawn cemetery, Tyrone. Tyrone Daily Herald, Tyrone, Pa., Friday, December 26, 1952
