All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ BEECH Mrs. Martha Beech, wife of Levi Beech, of Gaysport, died at the family home on Thursday evening at 9 o'clock of pneumonia, following an attack of influenza. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Brumbaugh of Martinsburg and was born in Martinsburg thirty-eight years ago. She was a highly esteemed Christian woman and consistent member of the Progressive church of Martinsburg. She is survived by her parents, her husband and one son, Wilfred; also by the following brothers and sisters: Albert Brumbaugh of Altoona, John Brumbaugh of Hoover Station, Charles Brumbaugh of Ohio, Misses Prudence and Margaret of Martinsburg, Mrs. Rebecca Baer of Ohio, Jennie of Claysburg, and Mrs. Hugh Walters of Claysburg. Undertaker W. A. VanAllman will send the remains on the 9 o'clock train this morning to Clover Creek for interment. Brief services will be held at the grave.
