At 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon Mrs. Mary Ann Beegle died of disease incident to old age at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Geesey, 1922 Seventh avenue. She was in her 83d year. Three surviving daughters were at her bedside when death claimed her - Mrs. Nellie B. Macintosh and Mrs. Mary E. Balzer of Pittsburg, and Mrs. George Geesey. She also leaves one brother and three sisters, who are: A. K. Figart, of Frankstown; Mrs. N. J. Wilson, of Altoona; Mrs. Elizabeth Shultz, of Warriorsmark, and Mrs. John Stiver, of Martha Furnace. She was a member of the First Baptist church and was remarkable for her kindness and hospitality. Her faith in her Savior was unwavering. She has passed to her rest there to await the coming of her Lord. Funeral will take place at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, services being held at her late home. Interment in Fairview cemetery.
