ETHEL LUCILLE BENNER 

Of 306 Baltzell Ave, died at 12:30 p.m. yesterday in the Altoona 
Hospital, where she was admitted Saturday after a brief illness.  She 
was born in Mifflin Oct. 31, 1893, a daughter of David and Lydia Smith 
Fink, and married Chester Benner, who preceded her in death.  Surviving 
are seven children, Mrs. Isabelle Logan of Mifflin, Mrs. Jane Russon 
and John L. of Reading, Chester of Bellwood, Philip of Sylvania, Ohio, 
Arthur C. of the city and Patrick J. of Toledo, Ohio; 12 grandchildren, 
a sister and brother, Mrs. Helen F. Burchfield of Lewistown and Victor 
of Altoona.  Mrs. Benner was a member of ____ United Church of Christ.  
Friends will be received in the Hammond Funeral Home, Lakemont, from 2 
to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. tomorrow.
