MRS. MAUDE E. BENNER,

Wife of Earl Benner of 321 Second avenue, who died at 9.15 o'clock yesterday 
morning at her home of lobar pneumonia, was ill but a short time.  She was 
born in this city, May 26, 1897, the daughter of Miles and Edith B. Weaver, 
the latter being deceased.  She is survived by her husband and one child, 
William Earl.  She is also survived by her father and the following brothers 
and sisters: Mrs. Beatrice Wolf, Garve V., Charles C., Kenneth M. and 
William C. Weaver.  The remains have been taken to the home of her 
grandmother at 316 Walnut avenue, where private funeral services will be 
held tomorrow afternoon at 2.30 o'clock. Interment will be made in Rose Hill 
cemetery.
