Rosa Mary, aged 16 years, 7 months and 28 days, a daughter of John and Mary Benton, of 2904 Eighth avenue, died yesterday morning, the 15th inst. She was an amiable young lady, loved by a large circle of friends and respected by all who knew her. She was carried off in the spring time of youth by that fell destroyer, typhoid fever. Before her illness she was forelady in the silk factory, and by her generous and ladylike treatment of those under her she became a general favorite and is sincerely laments by her associates. She was a member of the Catholic church in this city. The body will be taken from her parents' home at half-past 7 o'clock Friday morning to St. Patrick's church in Newry.
