DAVID NEWTON BERKEY

  S. A. McGough, proprietor of the Belmar hotel, Fourth avenue and 
Fifteenth street, yesterday morning received a telegram announcing the 
sudden death of David Newton Berkey, his son-in-law, at his home at 
Cleveland.  Death occurred Sunday morning and came as a shock to his 
relatives in this city.  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret 
McGough Berkey, and two sons, Anthony Witsel and Philip Berkey.  The 
funeral will take place Thursday, with interment at Cleveland.
