DISTRESSING CASUALTY. - A little daughter of Andrew Beyers, residing
on Juniata street, this borough, whilst playing in the back yard,
accidentally fell into a cess pool on Monday of last week.  She was
almost immediately rescued, and medical attendance called in, but, we
regret to say, died of her injuries on Thursday following. - Standard.
