Bistline, 52, of Thomastown, a driver for the Ready Taxi company, was found lying on Blair avenue this morning at 8:45 o'clock, and at 9 a.m. was pronounced dead, apparently of a heart attack, by a Tyrone physician. Charles L. Barr, an employee of the Tyrone Herald Company, noticed Bistline lying on the street in front of 1058 Blair avenue, and Herald employees summoned two physicians, Dr. Ralph P. Erdly, and Dr. John A. Ayres. Bistline was found lying on his back on the east side of the avenue, a large bag of groceries scattered on the street at his side. Maynard E. Meckes, owner of the Ready Taxi company, said Bistline was on his way to work. He was due to report at 9 a.m. The victim was found lying just some twenty yards from the Taxi office, and near a parked auto. He had been employed by the taxi firm for about three years.
