ALLEN WILFRED BITNER

  Of 2519 8th Ave., a sophomore student in the Senior High school, died at 
10:15 P. M. Tuesday in Mercy hospital shortly after admission.
  He was born in Altoona Aug. 29, 1940, a son of Faxon and Mary (Imler) 
Biter, and was a member of the Altoona Bible church and Sunday school and 
the Senior High school band.
  He leaves his parents and one brother, Lt. Gary E. Bitner, USN, at Quonset 
naval air station, Quonset Point, R.I.
  Friends are being received at the Axe funeral home.

BITNER - Funeral services for Allen Wilfred Bitner of 2519 8th Ave., will be 
held Friday at 3 P.M. at the Axe funeral home in charge of Rev. Henry F. 
Kulp.  Interment will follow in Alto-Reste burial park.  Friends are being 
received at the Axe funeral home.
