BLACK, Wife of Samuel Black, of Philadelphia, and a native of Blair county, died at her home in Philadelphia yesterday afternoon. She had been visiting in Bellwood and returned home Tuesday. She was apparently in the best of health. News of her illness reached Bellwood Tuesday evening, followed by the announcement of her death yesterday. The deceased was a daughter of the late 'Squire John Campbell and wife, of Hencheytown, and with her husband removed to Philadelphia some twenty- three years ago. She was a member of the Presbyterian church. She is survived by her husband and one son, Robert, of Vineland, N.J.; also by these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Rebecca Esterline and Miss Martha Campbell, of Allegheny City; James B. Campbell, of Bellwood, and Rev. D. H. Campbell, pastor of the Presbyterian church at Mt Union. The remains will arrive in Bellwood Monday morning on Pacific express and be conveyed to the Presbyterian church where services will be conducted. Interment in Logan Valley cemetery.
