BLACK A native of Claysburg residing in Flint, Mich., died there in St. Joseph Hospital Wednesday, Nov. 26, 1969, after a lengthy illness. He was born March 10, 1898, a son of Harry and Alice (Walters) Black, and married Mae Knisely of Claysburg, who died Oct. 13, 1964. Surviving are two sons, Earl of Claysburg and Kenneth of Lakeland, Fla.; one grandchild, and seven sisters and brothers, W. Earl of Altoona, Mrs. Bertha M. Ernest of Roaring Spring, Mrs. Bessie Dively of Flint, Mamie of Osterburg, Orlene, Mrs. Grace Ritchey and Harry of Claysburg RD. Friends are being received in the Brown Funeral Home in Flint, where interment will be made. Altoona Mirror, November 28, 1969
