She was born near Hollidaysburg, Sept. 3, 1891 and on Aug. 8, 1911, was married to Samuel Black, who with one daughter, Ophie Mildred, aged 6 month, survives. Her parents, Thomas and Harriet Webber, of East Altoona, also survive as does one brother, Herman, of East Altoona. She was a member of the First Church of Christ, of this city. Funeral notice later.
