Blackburn, died last night at 8.20 o'clock at the home, 2010 Eighth avenue, after a short illness. She was born July 15, 1862, near Roaring Spring, a daughter of George and Catherine (Shiffler) Himes, and was married to Mr. Blackburn March 19, 1882. The husband died Dec. 1, 1938. Surviving are three daughters and two sons, Mrs. H. I. Oswalt of Huntingdon, Mrs. C. L. Sandrus, Mrs. Drew A. Hepner and Edgar and Elmer Blackburn of Altoona; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Sadie Patterson of Greenwood. Mrs. Blackburn was a member of the Christ Evangelical and Reformed church. Friends will be received at the home after 7 p.m. today. BLACKBURN - Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth (Himes) Blackburn of 2010 Eighth avenue, will be conducted at the home Monday at 3.30 p.m., in charge of Rev. Stuart C. Snodgrass, assisted by Rev.
