ELMER BLACKBURN

Of 2010 Eighth avenue, died unexpectedly at his home at 10.45 o'clock 
last night. He was born in Hollidaysburg Jan. 1, 1887, a son of Henry 
and Elizabeth (Himes) Blackburn, and was employed in the stores 
department of the Juniata shops. Surviving are three sisters and one 
brother, Mrs. Pearl Oswalt of Huntingdon, Mrs. Clara Sandrus, Mrs. 
Agnes Hepner and Edgar Blackburn, all of the city. Mr. Blackburn was a 
member of the Christ Evangelical and Reformed church. Friends will be 
received after 7 o'clock this evening at the Axe funeral home.
