Blackburn, died this morning at 12.40 o'clock of a complication of diseases at her home, 902 Penn street, Hollidaysburg. She was a daughter of Thomas and Hester Robinson, both deceased, and was born in Caroline county, Maryland, on April 3, 1876. She was a member of the First Methodist church of Hollidaysburg, the Ladies' Aid society of that church and of the Hollidaysburg branch of the Women's Christian Temperance union. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. F. R. Confer of Ebensburg, and one son, T. I. Blackburn of Bedford, and the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. D. N. Hopkins of Farmington, Del., Mrs. Hursey Hughes and Mrs. Joseph Raymond of Goldsboro, Md., Harry Robinson of Ridgeley, Md., Thomas Robinson and Aldia Robinson of Harrington, Del., and Charles Robinson of Goldsboro. She is also survived by nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock at the First Methodist church of Hollidaysburg, Rev. B. H. Hart, her pastor, officiating. Interment will be made in the Presbyterian cemetery, Hollidaysburg. Altoona Mirror, Friday, January 15, 1932, p. 16
