DEATHS OF A DAY.

SAMUEL J. BLACKMORE.

Samuel J. Blackmore, who several months ago was employed as a reporter
on the Altoona Times, died on Tuesday night at the Homeopathic
hospital, Pittsburg.  He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Blackmore, of
Butler, Pa., and was aged 31 years.  After leaving this city he was
employed at Johnstown and from that city went to Pittsburg.  The
remains were taken to Butler for interment.
