BLACKSTONE, Wife of Joseph Blackstone, died at her home in Hollidaysburg yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Blackstone received an injury while out driving about eighteen months ago, from which she never fully recovered. The deceased was a daughter of Henry Shirley and was born at Newry on January 13, 1831. She was married twice. The surviving children by her first husband, Moses Reffner, are Henry, Oliver and William, all of Hollidaysburg. She is also survived by her second husband, Joseph Blackstone, and two sons, Johnston and Westley. The deceased was a member of St. Michael's Catholic church. The funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock; interment in the Lutheran cemetery. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., Tuesday, December 10, 1894, p. 8, col. 1
