She was twice married, her first husband having been Charles F. Decker and her second, Casper Bollinger. She was born at McAlevy's Fort on April 1, 1858, a daughter of William and Jane (Randolph) Franks. Surviving are one son, W. E. Decker, Avalon Road, Altoona; two daughters, Mary E. and Carrie F. Bollinger, Altoona; one grandson, W. E. Decker, Jr. Mrs. Bollinger was a member of the Grace Methodist Church, Altoona. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock this Monday afternoon at the Axe Funeral Home in Altoona, by Reverend Ira Duvall. Interment in Grandview Cemetery, Altoona.
