Bonsell, formerly of 221 East Tenth Street, Tyrone, died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1960, at 11:20 a.m. after an extended illness. She was born August 21, 1885, at Pennsylvania Furnace, the daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth (Rhoades) Miller. She was married June 28, 1906, at Tyrone to Ralph L. Bonsell, who died February 2, 1959. She had resided in Tyrone and vicinity all her life. Surviving are a son, Earl S., Spruce Creek; a niece, Mrs. Mildred Gladfetter, Juniata, whom she raised: two brothers, Angus Miller and Donald Miller, both of Tyrone; a grandson, Richard Fitzpatrick, U. S. Marines; a granddaughter, Deborah Bonsell, Spruce Creek, also several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the First Evangelical United Brethren Church, and of the Auxiliary to the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen; the Garden Club, the Railroad Retirement Association.
