MRS. CARRIE M. BONSELL 
 
  Mrs. Carrie Moffit Bonsell, 1412 Blair ave., died yesterday at 1:45 
p.m. at the home of a son, Albert, 2002 20th st., after a lengthy 
illness.
  She was born June 25, 1881 at Arch Spring, the daughter of Sylvester 
and Marian Solders Moffit.  She was, married June, 1897 at Spruce 
Creek, to John Henry Bonsell, who died March 19, 1961.
  Surviving are the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Edna Cox, 
Tyrone; Albert, Tyrone; Mrs. Mary McKelvey, Chambersburg; Robert, 
Chambersburg; Mrs. Helen Miller, Tyrone; and Mrs. Ruth Burdett, 
Chambersburg; 25 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren, also a 
brother Elmer of Mt. Union.
  She was a member of the First Evangelical United Brethren Church, 
Tyrone.
  Funeral service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral 
Home, in charge of the Rev. Harold F. Crosby.  Burial will be in 
Eastlawn Cemetery.  Friends will be received at the funeral home from 7 
to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Saturday.
