We shall see Jesus One of God's days." So the devoted wife and loving mother, Mrs. Laura Ellen Bonsell passed peacefully away Tuesday with the faith that she would see the master in all His glory. Mrs. Bonsell had been in failing health for over a year, but was able to be up and around the home until last Friday, when she was compelled to remain in bed. Her condition was not considered serious although she gradually grew weaker, until she fell asleep at 10:45 o'clock this morning at her, home 225 East Twelfth street. Mrs. Bonsell was a devoted wife and mother. She was also a consistent Christian woman, a member of the First Presbyterian church and a worker in the Young Ladies' Aid Society. Mrs. Laura Ellen Wolford Bonsell was a daughter of Albertes (deceased) and Mrs. Elizabeth Wolford of Williamsport, Maryland. She was born March 10, 1867, at Hagerstown, Maryland. About twenty-four years ago, she was united in marriage to Henry Bonsell at Camden, New Jersey. Shortly after their marriage, they moved to Altoona then to Spruce Creek. In the spring of 1900, they moved to Tyrone and resided there ever since. Surviving to mourn her death is her husband, Engineer Henry Bonsell and the following children: Julia, Henry, Pauline, Charles, Mrs. John Koener; two step children, Mrs. C. A. Raub and Ralph Bonsell. She is also survived by her aged mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Wolford, of Williamsport, Maryland, and the following brothers and sisters: Charles Wolford, Tyrone; Mrs. Richard Graffius, Sinking Valley, and Mrs. Earl Moats, Williamsport, Maryland. Funeral services will be held at the home, No. 225 East Twelfth street, Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Interment in Eastlawn cemetery. Tyrone Herald, Tyrone, Pa., November 26, 1914
