MISS LAURA VIRGINIA BOOTMAN

Died at the Mercy hospital Saturday evening at 5.30 of a complication of 
diseases.  She had been an invalid the greater part of her life.  She was born 
at Hancock, Md., May 12, 1852, but made her home with a nephew and niece, Mr. 
and Mrs. George Beard of 118 East Walnut avenue.  A brother, William Bootman, 
and a sister Mrs. William Kelly, both of this city, survive.  The funeral will 
be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Beard home, services to be 
conducted by Rev. D. D. Kauffman of Grace Methodist church.  Interment will be 
made in Fairview.
