He was employed as an engineer on the Middle division. He was born March 6, 1877 and spent his entire life in this vicinity, where he was well known. He was a member of the Odd Fellows, Sons of Veterans, lodge No. 12 and P.R.R. Relief and the railroad brotherhoods. Besides his wife he is survived by the following children: Almeda, Harold, Pauline and Luther. The remains will be taken to Mapleton tomorrow where services will be held.
