JOHN CLAYTON BOWMAN II 

  John Clayton Bowman, 48, died on August 1, 2005 at his home in Lima, 
New York.
  Mr. Bowman was born on June 10, 1957 in Tyrone, the son of John and 
Manita Bowman, Sr. He was predeceased by his brother David Bowman in 
1977.
  John was a master mechanic at Cortese Ford in Rochester, New York. He 
loved to restore old cars, including his 1959 Ford. He was a member of 
the Lima Antique Car Club.
  He is survived by his parents John and Manita Bowman of Hammondsport, 
NY; his sisters: Leslie Bowman of Hammondsport, NY and Manita Bowman of 
Painted Post, NY; his brother, Christopher (Beth) Bowman of CA; his 
beloved nephews Jack Keach and Michael, Stephen and Matthew Bowman.
  Friends are invited to call Friday, August 5, 2005 from 4 to 6 p.m. 
at the O'Connell-Dougherty Funeral Home, 2041 Lake Ave., Lima, New 
York.
  Contributions may be made to the Lima Volunteer Ambulance, P.O. Box 
335, Lima, New York 14485 would be appreciated in John's memory.
