(MOORE) BOWSER Wife of James S. Bowser, died at the residence of her son, Harry G. Bowser, on Beaver street, Gaysport, on Tuesday at 10 o'clock of consumption, after an illness of several years. The deceased was born in Martinsburg, this county, October 10, 1838, and was the daughter of the late Hugh Moore. She was a member of the German Baptist church since 1863, and is survived by her husband and the following children: Harry G. and James of Hollidaysburg; Mrs. Jane Haney and Mrs. Jacob Black, of Altoona; Mrs. Hattie Oast, of South Fork, and Clay M., of Bellefonte. The funeral will leave the house at 9:30 o'clock Thursday morning. . .
