CLARA BOYER Wife of John Boyer of Three Springs star route, Huntingdon county, died at 6.15 o'clock yesterday morning in the Blair Memorial hospital, Huntingdon, after several months' illness. She was born in Claysburg Sept. 22, 1884, a daughter of Jeremiah and Ellen (Musselman) Black, and married Mr. Boyer March 14, 1912. They moved to Huntingdon county 22 years ago. Surviving are her husband, two sons and three daughters, Mrs. Alice Reed and Mrs. Edna Westbrook of Altoona, Charles R. of Three Springs, Lester and Mrs. Irene Wilson of Chambersburg, R.D. 6; 17 grandchildren, and the following brothers and sisters: John, Amos, Chance and Charles, all of Claysburg, R.D., Ray M. of Altoona and Mrs. Martha Weyant of Sproul. Mrs. Boyer was a member of the Claysburg Lutheran church. Friends are being received at the Carn funeral home, Claysburg.
