Bradfield, wife of Nathan Bradfield of the Kettle Road, near Pottsgrove avenue, East End, died at her home on Saturday night at 11:30 o'clock, death being caused by a complication of diseases. She has been ill for several months. She was born near Aetna Furnace, Pa., on Feb. 19, 1849, spending her entire life in Blair county. Her parents died before she was 1 year old. Dr. Thompson of Williamsburg took her into his home, where she resided until Nov. 5, 1872, when she was united in marriage to Nathan Bradfield. To this union ten sons were born. The husband and eight children survive, as follows: James F. of Huntingdon, Leroy, Harry M., William T., Samuel R., Charles F., Earl M. and Thomas M., all of this city. Funeral services will be conducted from the home on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in charge of Rev. I. W. Groh. Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery.
