All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ Mrs. Bradley, Aged 5th Ward Resident, Dies Mrs. Mary (O'Malley) Bradley, aged 85, the oldest resident of the Fifth ward, died at 11.30 o'clock this morning at her home, 1316 Seventeenth street, after a brief illness. She was the widow of Michael H. Bradley, a retired Pennsylvania railroad engineer, who preceded her in death in 1939. She was born in Altoona Jan. 11, 1863, the daughter of John and Anna (Dorsey) Bradley (sic). She was the last member of her immediate family. Mrs. Bradley was a member of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, of the Cathedral guild and of the Altar and Rosary society. She was one of the oldest members of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers auxiliary. Surviving are two sons, John C., at home, and Rev. Father Eugene O'M. Bradley, an assistant pastor at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. Friends will be received at the home at 7 o'clock Friday evening.
