Bernard Brady, an esteemed and highly respected resident of this city, died at his home, 804 (?) Fifth avenue, at 7.45 last evening, of a complication of diseases. Deceased was born in County Cavin, Ireland, Jan. 6, 1839, and was aged 64 years, 5 months and 25 days. He came to American when 14 years old and located in Boston, Mass., later coming to this city. He was employed for many years by the Pennsylvania Railroad company in the flue shop. Besides his wife he is survived by the following children: Patrick, Thomas, Bernard, Miles, Francis, Charles, Mrs. William Murphy, Mrs. W. G. Huber, Mrs. C. L. Lowe and Miss Lizzie, all of this city. One sister, Mrs. Michael McDonough, of this city, also survives. Deceased was a faithful husband and a kind father and will be missed by a large circle of friends. He was a faithful member of St. Mark's Catholic church and St. John's Literary and Beneficial society, and the Pennsylvania railroad relief. The funeral arrangements will be announced later.
