Mrs. Anna Brightbill, of Canan Station, died at her home, at 8:45 o'clock last evening as the result of a stroke. She was the daughter of John and Mary Barret and was born in Duncannon. She was a member of the United Evangelical church. Surviving are her husband, John B. Brightbill, and five children, as follows: John jr., Edgar, Samuel, Harry and Ada Anderson, all of this city. The funeral arrangements will be announced later. Altoona Tribune, Altoona, Pa., Friday Morning, February 2, 1917 Funeral Notice. The funeral of Mrs. Annie E. Brightbill, who died at her home in Canan station on Thursday evening, following a stroke of apoplexy, will be held with funeral services at the N. A. Stevens funeral chapel at 2:30 Monday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. Dr. John Feltwell. Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery. The body may be viewed at the late home any time before Monday.
