Death of an Old Lady.

Mrs. Charlotte Brown, aged 91 years 1 month and 17 days, died at the
residence of William Lytle, on Green avenue, between Ninth and Tenth
streets, Wednesday.  She was the mother of Mrs. John W. Humes and of
Mrs. William Lytle, of this city.  She was probably the oldest person
in this section, was an excellent old lady and up until a short time
back had the use of her mental faculties as completely as in her
younger days.
